Running your spyware regularly
One of the regular maintenance you should be doing on your computer or laptop from time to time is running your anti-spyware programs. Unlike viruses, spyware and other related fiends are more subtle and are harder to detect, which is why you need to run a scan at least once every one or two months. You might be surprised at how much suspicious software and data your system has. Especially if you haven’t run one yet, ever, or for a long time, you had better set aside a significant amount of time for you to scan your PC or laptop for potentially suspicious malware, adware and spyware that can compromise your system. At the very least you might find it to be the reason for too much spam in your inbox.
